Report a translation problem
The most you have to worry about is standing too close to the areas that typically spawn enemies outside of your building area, like the wolves and the shroud guys. Sadly those enemies are not really a threat.
I too would like to have to prepare for raids, especially for a game that actually tries to emphasize on combat. Bases right now are just for fun and making whatever you'd like.
So you can choose when to deal with base attacks so it won't hurt starting players but established players can have that aspect.
Maybe give some form of loot as a reward for initiating it, like a fruit that gives big xp/rare crafting material or a "summoned" chest that gives a high chance at good loot.
Also i'd have it not tied to the base zone so that you can choose to have it happen at your base or at a specialised zone you design for combat.
