Steam advised "From your Steam Client, open the Settings panel by selecting "Steam > Settings" from the top left client menu." Where do I find "Steam Client" to "Clear my Download Cache"

Upper left corner "STEAM"(L-click), on Drop down Menu "SETTINGS" (L-click), On Pop Up Menu "DOWNLOADS"( L-click), On Pop Up Menu Press the "Clear Cache"Button, Restart Steam You will need to Logon to Steam as your Logon Data is stored in the Cache.
