Shroud magic damage

I found a melee weapon that does shroud magic damage:

Does shroud magic damage work in and out of the shroud?

Are there enemies with resistance to shroud magic damage?

Its just another damage type. Yes it works outside of the shroud. There are also "shroud" damage magic spells.

Susceptibility to various damage types (ice, fire, shroud, etc.) would be excellent either in our journals or perhaps in a wiki. I think the OP is with reference to the shroud two-handed axe which looks wicked. Might have to see if shroud arrows have any effect on scavengers, especially the green beserker guys.

Shroud damage only works on non shroud infected monsters.

Shroud monsters are resistant to shroud damage.

I dont know if anything other than Sicklescythe boss actually has immunities though (and to fire of all things). Even the acid spitters are pretty weak to acid damage.

Shroud mobs for the most part are resistant to shroud damage. Hit the shroud wyrm with shroud meteor and it was immune.
