Could someone please tell me who triggers this quest?, as it has never come up for me.

I never got the quest but I found the set in a cemetery in pikesmead if that helps.

Thanks, yes I saw it on a YouTube channel of where it is, but have never worked out what triggers it.

Its a lore note you can find

[Silent Warrior]

It belongs to the lore "A Scattered Legacy". The fourth part of it is "We return to earth today", and this is the hint to search for the Gravedigger's set. Don't ask me, where I have read this lore page, but I guess in pikesmead.

Weird that we are resurrecting the dead rather than helping the survivors who seem to all be uniformly insane , elixir crazed scavengers.

I mean...they survived so they are clearly made of stern stuff.
