Bellows quest no mini boss

Went to the Forge of Obsidia, no mini boss! I know exactly where it should be from watching vid's but not for me, so could not fight him for the bellows. My quest updated while in the room saying I had the bellows but definitely not in my inventory and could not make the blast furnace. Logged out 2 times , went back, nothing.

might have fallen in the lava, my boss did when died. Looted it ok though.

he hides in the next room after you walk in, sometimes doesnt show up , i have been in there multi times and not seen the mini boss but if you kill a normal guy he sometimes has the bellow you need

Same happened to us. The quest just updated and the boss died by itself somewhere. We couldn't find any body or the bellows. We'll try again tomorrow. Hopefully the boss will respawn and have a bellows.

Same thing happened to me. I've tried multiple times, but the mini boss never appears (nor do the bellows) I hope there's a work around or they fix it soon

Are you sure you are in the right room? I have also seen the Miniboss commit suicide by lava

It finally appeared for me. I moved an altar I had placed nearby and the mini boss showed up. If you have an altar close to the forge, try moving it, maybe it will help you too.

For my husband and I, we killed it and the boss has fallen in the lava. So didn’t think to loot it as the quest had updated as well saying we had the bellows. We quit to desktop and came back and returned to kill the boss and made sure not to kill him in the lava. We looted him and gave us the bellows. Good luck I hope you got past this . If not report the bug to them.
