ReShade not working there fix for it.

Open Steam and navigate to your Library.
Right-click on Enshrouded and select Properties.
In the General tab, locate the Launch Options field.
Enter the following command:--keep-vulkan-layers
also add ReShade as vulkan not direct x 10/11/12, this game cant lunch direct x i think because the engine, maybe ? i don't know, anyway this is how to solve this problem.
