Where do i get hazelnuts from?

Like can i plant them? Some sort of bush or tree. Im pretty much through with the game but i have no idea how to set up a farm lol

You can't plant them. But they grow in the Revelwood area at many places , per ex. in Diadwyn. You can fly there from Revelwood Ancient Spire and pick them up from Hazelnut trees.
