any idea of when/if this game will get an actual full release soon?? I have been REALLY interested in the game, but with my limited time I find myself not particularly interested in playing a game that stays in Early Access perpetually :/

It's difficult to say. Developers are shoveling content updates right now but the game is still lacking very basic features commonly found throughout most modern video games such as the ability to communicate or interact with other players.
