Backpack full, no quest reward. What now?

My wife and I were doing the Pack of the Flame quest to get the new cosmetic outfit. We both got the quest done, but because her bags were full, she did not get the items that are needed to equip in her costume slot, but I got mine. The quest now shows up in her Completed section.

Is there any way she can repeat this and get the reward at this point?

Was the reward in a chest? If so, you should only have to wait 30 mins or shut down the server and restart it. Not 100% sure, just going by what I have read on other quest items.

If you're talking about the "Celebrate The Pact Of The Flame" quest (During which you obtain 5 pieces of cosmetic-only gear in the Temple Ruin) then yes.

Simply go back later and do it again; once discovered, the location is marked on your map forever.
