1060 3 gb (infinite loading screen)

so i saw there some ppl out there like me having a 1060 3gb and theyre actually able to run the game and playing it (were not talking about how smooth it goes or whatever).

i have a problem is if i want to enter my world (first time, wasnt able to be ingame jet) after the intro im in the infinite loading screen where in the bottom right says "loading..." and im stuck here,i tried a lot of things, also checked yt (there isnt much to find tbh, most of them are the same solutions) if its run it as comp,admin , disable fullscreen, console start -dx11/12. (ofc i lowered settings) gpu driver is on latest version, so im wondering why im stuck in the loading screen and why i cant enter the world. also im interested IF somone sees this post with a 1060 3gb if they had this issue too,

It may not be the 1060s fault. What are your other specs? If everything else is up to par, then the 1060 should run this without a problem.

i run 1060 3gb a i-5 12400f, 16gb ram, mainboard: gigabyte GIGABYTE B660M DS3H DDR4, got 1 tb ssd enshrouded is on a ssd too

anything else needed?

for me i think ye it should run too but idk why.

Your at min requirement. It won't run great but it should run. Is your internet broadband? Just a wild guess because I have no other Ideas.

How long does the "infinite" mean ? did you wait long enough ? like launch the game go make a tea or something and it is still loading ?
Did you check in Resource Monitor what is going on in the background while game was loading ? specifically the disk write/read and memory.
It might be your hard drive, or just the stupid microsofts anti-malware...
and yeah smooth gameplay on that setup is a dream, had similar pc before but with old 4th gen i7 and gtx 1070, 30~ fps on 2k resolution.

sure i mean everyone has, and i never had problems with any other games xd, and the world i started was local too tho

today was last time, almost 30 mins ago, i started it wait till the intro ended and went to go smoke, after it was still loading i was like ye just watch yt (on phone) over 30 mins my download is bad like rlllly bad (1,2mb/s) thats what i readed too, if u enter first time the game is loading some stuff and so on. about the write&read memory no i havent checked that one tho. the malware thing, or not malware i checked firewall and enshrouded already has access to it so ye im rlly confused.

so i can see that hes writing something, on the resource monitor but not reading, the biggest thing the disk is doing is enshrouded only writing.

it changes now most of the time its some htmlcache\code cache then it changes again to steamapps\common\enshrouded after like 20 sec or sometimes longer it goes back (highest usage) the htmlcache\code cache. and very rare and pretty low usage on reading and just sometimes enshrouded pops up.

that's a weird issue, you might try disabling shader cache in Nvidia control panel find "Shader Cache Size" to disabled,
Also disable Shader Pre-Caching in Steam
Steam Settings>Downloads>scroll down to Shader Pre-Caching.

after that restart pc, try again start the game, if game runs but is choppy, then enable back the shader cache in nvidia control panel.

if this is ultra slow connection like limited 16 kb/s your game will load for like 3-4 hours, yes I did wait that long or try starting the game in offline mode. Instant launch.

ill try that i mean i can run the game. creating char thats basicly it, when im tryint to enter my world (local) then ye infinite loading screen after intro. imma try that one.

yup what ever it is caching it will finish eventually... unless you run out of memory

nah stop the emoji bro haha, ye idk anymore honestly, since as i said i readed few comments and there some ppl with same gpu 1060 3 gb the "only" issue they had was it says they have to update gpu driver and then it went all "fine" to be able to play. prob leaving enshrouded running when i go to bed then (seems like its the last method)...

to be sure it's not caused by the microsfts bs, exclude the Enshrouded game folder from scanning, or nuke anti-malware from your pc like I did. 99% cases of long loading times where caused by this bs microsoft useless 90s era app.
