In theory.... I feel like this game hits 99% GPU no matter what I do, even when I limited frames. I didn't check the meter, but my fan ran just as loud and my case got just as hot.
Thanks for that. At least someone else seems to have the oppinion that unused resources are wasted resouces. What is so great about a game only using 50% of Memory and 20% of GPU resources? Then you could have spend the money on something else.
But maybe, like the ppl. above in this 'lacking of useful informations' thread mentioned, he only has just 1Gig of shared VRam on a Laptop with 4Gig total ram? Then i could understand the problem ;)
(in my specific case)
Well for instance i setup my settings to use around 60% of my GPU because this game jumps to 80-90% in some zones so i would rather have smooth experience all the time rather than pushing my GPU to max usage. (3440x1440, RX 7900XT)
Sounds like a well balanced system for me. Resources not too high in usage that they will slow down other stuff, but really used for a smooth gaming experience.
Now one might argue that the best GPU should not actually saturate at 4K 144 Hz, because the best GPU should be able to drive high definition VR, which is way more demanding.
What I think nobody wants is a top-of-the-line GPU saturating at 100% while providing PS4-level graphics. That's just bad coding.
