Twitch cosmetics are bugged

So I have the two Twitch cosmetic outfits with recent one with the Flame. Both of these are super buggy and now it seems they have lost all of their stats as well. In the character screen it will show a different cosmetic than what is on my character. sometimes I can equip from my back pack, sometime not. Sometimes it works from the character tab, sometimes not. Now they don't have any stats. Also when I go to retrieve the cosmetic items they fill up my bag. Just acting very weird. Thanks

Cosmetics don't have stats. You need to equip them from the appearance screen (press R when in the character screen and it will you both your equipped armor and your cosmetics

Thanks, OK, so this makes sense, however why do these show up inside my backpack and when right clicked on, they can be equipped. I literally filled up my back with cosmetic equipment (unknowingly with duplicates because there was no indication that I actually downloaded them). I understand the concept, however when some of the cosmetics didn't actually work (such as the flame hat) then I resorted to actually equipping it from my bag and then deleted all the extras from my backpack, leaving me me with zero stats on all my gear.

Also, once equipping from the appearance screen, they never disappeared from my backpack. I something in this process is bugged and I think it should be looked at.
