You might want to talk to the devs. They may be able to give you a way to activate and complete that quest, along with the flowers required.
Why always in Fort Kelvin?
This game is still in early access, and will be for at least another year. My current base is on the northern shore of Bittermelt Lake, and it's very possible that my area might be the home of a future POI.
On the plus side, using the Hammer, I can always get most of my building blocks back, so I don't have to farm them from scratch. But also, more and more areas of the map are opening up, giving you more ideas of new places to call home.
Maybe this will be useful to some of you.
Thanks for letting me know! I haven’t tried joining another world yet, and after your message, I realize it would be pointless. I also reported this quest issue using F1 and hope it gets fixed soon as well.
