- Is the skill currently working? I just unlocked it but couldn't see any difference.
- is it intended to work with all one hands or just axes/swords and not maces?

if that is the speed increase perk then yes it works. but its not a massive boost. like around 15%.

Thank you for the answer.
Maybe it's just it's hard for me to notice a difference since one handed weapons already swing fast ( I did notice and improvement with the 2h weapons feat though ).
