Mason Skill
Is this skill even working..? It doesn't really seem to do anything when mining copper veins.

Also, mining ticks seem a bit arbitrary where sometimes I'd hit a node 7 times and get 1 copper, while other times I hit it 4 times and get 1 copper.

Just checked this skill, everything turned out to be simple! My bronze pickaxe before breaking CONSTANTLY extracts 100 tin, with the mason perk, it began to extract 110 tin, just 10%. That's how it is for everything. You get 1000 stones, with the perk it will be 1100

Geez it's.. not great at all, lol. Specially not when you're low level.

Probably just best to use when you're mass building a base or whatever item you're trying to make, but only if the blocks are 1-shottable.

Thanks for testing it out.
I came to the conclusion that it is not worth spending points there, it is better to spend them on 50% less tool breakage, then you will get more resources for one pickaxe, and so you don’t have to spend it there, take two pickaxes and it will be even better

Yeah, I agree with the tool durability, it's a lot more efficient.

TBH I just respec my points when I need to go mining anyway. The 50% durability is nice when the game gets you stuck, but I would rather use the points offensively/defensively than for utility for general use.

It's easy enough to make an altar for fast respec and fast travel on the spot to haul goods over long distances then respec back to a general/fighting build afterwards.
