Missing alters and gear

My char doesn't show any gear on and all altars are missing and my npc are naked anyone know the issue

Before opening your world, did you allow the shaders to compile to 100% before playing? At least from what I recall before the update if not everything was compiled or ready, your whole body, weapons, or info from the map could be missing.

It might be related to a slower hard drive and the like, but as long as you see compiling shaders from the start menu, let it do it's thing before you begin playing.

I have the same problem mate.
I let the shaders complile (which took 20+ minutes).
Still, after multiple restarts the clothing, inventory space, items, icons, etc. do not load.

Can devs share the code please on some platform, maybe we can help.

I had another server where my char log in and the clothes appear so i log out and go to my main save and char goes back to normal, which it shouldn't be that crazy for the game to work properly

This bug has been intermittent for me for quite some time. i will log with no inventory and gear. log in and out 3 or 4 times and everything will come back. Tonight though all of my storage boxes are gone. Which is very disconcerting.

yeah the first day my boxes were empty was annoyed and kept logging in and out didn't work the first day

What worked so far for me and my husband is to use the character to create a new game on your own private server. Create the first stone altar and log out, then use that character to log regularly as before. It creates a new save for the game and it seems to work so far.
