Dragon Killer
With this post I want to help anyone, who don't want to "cheese" the dragon:

First, some rumors to clarify

Mass health doesn't matter, because the dragon fire is procentual
This means: save your skillpoints from constitution! Take them in damage!

The kind of armor (magic or warrior) doesn't matter.

The shield doesn't matter, you can parry with first biom shields...lol.

Important to consider:

If you are set on fire teleport forward to cancel your burning status and heal. Additional take the skill Emergency-Teleport to go out of the stun animation during danger and heal instantly.

Take updraft, because there is not everywhere an upwind to help you.

Consider the tipp before boss arena (stunarrows) use them! Combined with the skill Multi-Special-Arrows is amazing.
The dragon gets stuned in no time!

Uuups, it falls on you and pushes you away or in the shroud? Then start teleporting back and forth before it lands! After that start smashing (i recommend the Frost Smasher)

Now the nasty blue dragons appear: Btw you know that fire is good against shroud enemies? So glide away and kill them fast with explosive arrows (fire damage).

Furthermore:
-take as much strenght as you can
-be rested buffed
-take good food (for strenght and stamina)
-take the blue elixiir bottle (for damage)
-take the yellow shroud survival bottle (to get more time in deadly shroud)
-activate the scroll prayer of the flame (to get more time in deadly shroud)
-use the vukah-buff (to get more damage)

Weapons and equipment

Your bow
I like "Silvershot Bow" because it has the fastest draw speed (0.6 sec.) and the highest Arrow Speed (33%) combined
But surely you can take any other bow with 0.6 sec. reloading speed

Your smashing hammer
Here I recomment the Frost Smasher because it has the highest single-target-damage with only one kind of damage (blunt, so don't skill in pierce)^^

Arrows
Take Stun Arrows and Explosive Arrows.
Nothing more, because switching between them is faster then.

Skills
Double Jump, Emergency Teleport, Updraft, Multi-Shot-Special-Arrows, faster two-handed weapon and as many strenght you can afford

Armor
Helmet: Mountain's Shadow Helmet (for critical damage)
Chest: not Important, maybe Mountains Shadow chest
Gloves: Mountains Shadow gloves (for two-handed damage)
Trousers: Alpine Antler Trousers (for +1 sprint)
Shoes: Hailcaster shoes (for fast health regeneration)

Rings
If you were lucky enough, use the rings of the ancients (strenght again)

Summary
I like this game and love to min-max it. So Iam sad about the difficulty in the final fight which could lead to a negativ taste of this beloved game. Finally i decided to help you to overcome this fight and continue to enjoy!

This should be a guide, not a post. Most of what this is going to receive as a post is people criticizing your grammar/spelling, telling you you're dumb for sharing this info, and otherwise trolling.

Congratulations on beating the dragon, and thank you for attempting to share your accumulated wisdom.

Hi there,

this is a very helpful piece of writing, and I have just learnt something new from it.

Thank you for taking the time and effort to share your knowledge and experience with other players!

And I agree with the previous poster, you should definitely make a guide out of your text. (And take my points ;-) )

As always, have fun!

You guys are right - I will write it down in "guides". It will vanish in the big ocean of posts here...
Originally I wanted to answer some guys with difficulties in the dragon fight. An answer became a post, a post becomes a guide :)

Unfortunately the ones complaining won't listen to what you have said. I have replied in one of those threads of those complaining and provided videos from a content creator disproving their complaints and they still think it's too hard. I've even mentioned watching streams of under geared content creators beating the dragon and they have dismissed that also.

You're just talking yourself blue in the face to the ones who are lazy, want everything super easy, think they are the only ones who are right and won't listen to advice from those who are offering it.
