Shroud Adhesive

Where can I get shroud adhesive?
I checked the website but it only says you can get it at Nomad Highlands so please let me know
If you have any recommendations please let me know

well id go to Nomad Highlands and look in the Shroud there. if your not in the area yet you need to play a little longer until you are. even if you take a back way around the Shroud you wouldnt be able to go in it for being Deadly Shroud because you havent upgraded your Flame enough.

Nomad Highlands, where the blacksmiths quest is, once you can enter that shroud area, go far northwest of that shroud zone, you'll reach a point where you'll get to at least 15 tentacles and you'll find the adhesives you needs.
Took some discovering.
Area is about lv15-20.

In the shroud there are tentacles waving around in some places those drop shroud adhesives
