Cleaned bandage does not cure poison any more ?
Had a fight with a matron today, got poisoned, ran away and used (a few) cleaned bandages. Those gave a bit of heal, but did not remove the poison.
Is this a change since last update or a bug in my game ?

It got changed with last update. You need Antidote potions to cure the poison affect. You can craft it with alchemist, also find it sometimes as loot.
