it is translucent, and in full daylight it's not too annoying, but most of the time I'm mining in, well, mine, which isn't full daylight.
Wouldn't it be easier to see where your pickaxe is hitting without something obscuring where your pickaxe is hitting? My pickaxe is hitting where it's hitting. If anything, but a dot at the aim point.
