Cosmetics and salvage.

Hey, was just wondering if its been talked about salvaging armour, rings, and being able to transmog weapons and shields?

Also we should just be able to unlock cosmetic options without keeping the gear. Maybe make another npc you can take gear to. Some kind of wardrobe designer or clothes maker?

The one they have is really barebones, and while its appreciated, it could be improved a bit.
