bard quest

can someone tell me what i need to do in order to get the melody quest so i can find the bard? thank you

Enter the black moor area in the north west corner of the map.

think you have to talk to your shrine - but you may have to discover blackmire first

For this quest you need to be at least lvl 12. On lower levels the quest won't appear, when playing solo.
