You must first conquer taming a cat before you can rent a server.
its definitly the biggest update the game has gotten as of yet. but not sure how long it will take to finish it. i reached the zones "final" boss within about 8 hours of playtime roughly. without useing any guides or anything since you can get around the zone really really fast with your glider and a skybase aslong as you took care of the new freeze to death mechanic that hardgates the zone even from the sky.
its not as much content as there was on early access release that is already certain but like i said its just 1 more new zone.
level cap was raised to 35.
the quest guides you to the only spire in the zone.
i would say about 50%-60% of the map is now playable in total.
the flying castle in the distance is still off limits.
level 50 cap is safe to assume by now i would say given whats left of the map.
that said there is still potential for underground biomes.
the new zone boss is insanely cool tough. and the games 2nd unique boss fight. sadly not many new bosses overall besides him at all only 3 "regular" bosses and one reuses the hollow halls cyclops moveset which makes him very preditcable.
its absolutly insane from how far away you can see the zones final boss on the map. his render range is MASSIVE.
