"Equip the whole set": Why can afterwards nothing get unequipped?
That's a huge problem for me ...

I would be very grateful for some help to resolve that problem.

Did you have another piece of armor in a costume slot covering it up?

There is armor slots , and there are "cosmetic" armor slots.

Research that. Easy fix.

After pressing the "equip set" button (the button with 3 colored stars) her appearance wears this fuill set (regardless if the individual pieces of this set are actually equipped in the individual slots - or not - and even if there is different armor equipped: Her visuals are now rock steady of that set which I have chosen with the 3 colored stars equpid button).

I can with the above mentioned button equip another set, then this set is her new appearance. Reverting to her summer look - no cap/helment, no gloves, no jacket - is NOT possible.

There is no way to go back. Unless I find out if this game has savegames stored somewhere and trying to load them.

Exactly these cosmetic armor slots can NOT be undone. You accidently click that darn button once and you stick with it forever. No way of reverting - unless I can load an old savegame somewhere.

The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

"Cosmetic" slots let you set the appearance of your character armor to anything you like, allowing you to set the "actual" slots with the stats you favor.

Bro what kinda drugs are you taking, there is a button down in the center that says "customize appearance" and the icons (triple stars) beside your armour indicate that you have cosmetics equipped.
Just hit R in that menu screen and you'll be able to un-equip it the "cosmetic" armour pieces. No need to go crazy.

Thank you very, very much and especially the three printscreens Big Brzezinski :woarrose:
This made my day. Looking forward to play Enshrouded this weekend now :ccveryhappy:

Indeed I gamed (like oftently) till late night / early mornin and I totally missed that new R menu at the botton when I was on autopilot: I thought I'm in the wrong movie!

I am very relieved now that I can unequip the cosmetics piece by piece.
Especially nice: I can wear a real helmet and real gloves and make her look to not wear them with the two "hide" boxes. This became my new default setting :heart13:

Annotation:
It would be the cherry on the cake if there were more "hide" boxes
To give here the full early game summer look :heart13:
But nevertheless I am glad for what I got.

Thanks again dear community!
