Earned Twitch Drops Now Padlocked

I wonder if someone could explain to me what is going on.

Despite my reservations about the concept of Twitch drops, I viewed the streams and earned the drops, I did not obtain them through trade, etc.

Whilst moving various bits of gear around today, I notice that those recent twitch drops were padlocked with a comment that I have not unlocked the items; which begs the first question in which case how come I have them in game?

I also have, or rather now had a set on display on a mannequin, which I examined because of discovering the above, and you guessed it, once I took a piece of the display it became padlocked!

Is anyone aware of others having this issue?

To be honest, since I had already claimed them I have not tried that as they were suppose to be unavailable to obtain a couple of weeks later. However, I will take a look.

I still have the full set sitting in there... I can make as many copies as i want.

Sorry for the necro post but same thing happened to me not getting my twitch drops probably cause i claimed them before linking the accounts

Edit: Guess I had to wait a bit can claim them now

If this helps.

The Enshrouded team did solve the issue I highlighted as some to and fro.
What they did was to 'tweak' something at their end and get me to re-link my accounts.
I also learned as far as these drops one has to keep your accounts link otherwise the item become locked again.

As I said, hope it may be of relevance and help.
