bigger backpack?

i cant seem to make one, ive made the small one, but dont know how to unlock the bigger ones, am i just missing something, or what do i have to do to craft them? i have 6 out of the 7 npc and i have all the work stations as far as i know for the npc, but i cant seem to find how to make the larger bag

You can craft the medium and large backback with the bard, that's the NPC you need to find.
You'll get the quest to find and rescue her, when you reach level 12. You will also need a flame level 3 to reach that area, there is some Shroud on the way.

Yes, they changed it with the last patch.

I'm glad I found this post through Google. This is the third time so far I've read something on a walkthrough then found out it has since been changed!
And each change has made it worse for players!

Nah, this is EA, get used to it, why is it worse?

The bard is a traveller by nature, she would know how to pack crap up better than anybody, it did make it harder for us to get the best backpack, but even if it was still the huntress you would need to reach the highlands to get the leather, same as last time.
