Healing Power is not increased with Intelligence.
Healing Power is increased with more powerful staffs.
Healing Power is increased with the two skills for a 30% total.
Water Aura AoE buff is increased with Intelligence.
Elixir and Flame scroll give no increase.
You can indeed get criticals, which increase with Radiant Paladin Helm (12% Crit Damage)

Is there more I'm missing in the skill tree? Seems all the healing strength comes from your weapon, boosted a little by 2 skills only.
Water aura is gets 0.5 to 1 healing per int, its however also effected by your overall healing stat which is on gear.
The Healer set for 1 is really good, the chest piece gives 96% more healing, and the gloves is 12% i think. In total i seem to recall you could get 150% healing, if healing can go over 100%. The legs gives 7% more revives health, and the node that does the same makes people revive with 32% health insted of 10%.
