Health regen not working.

Certain items that state "increases health regen by x" are not working. The leg armor that gives 2 health regen and 90 health, and the boots that give 4 health regen and reduce health regen delay. While naked with only water aura my regen was at 22, after equiping stated items it remained at 22.

armor from health regen is per second and not shown on character with numbers. your bar just slowly regens. with water aura you just fail to notice it especially as a mage. water aura numbers are shown because its a perk. armor regen is not. and water aura heals every 2 seconds after the nerf while armor health regen is per second.

it works just fine.
