What takes these dungeons so long aren't the enemies, it's finding all those barrier keys...
Go to the higher level Hallows and youll experience it.
Lets accept the fact that some missions might be harder than others? It's not impossible at all by any means.
You might die a few times? But honestly no its really not hard.
I solo'd everything no problem. Literally. This is not even nearly as hard as any other games i have ever played. It's just a few skeletons that by all means are weak to blunt because their skeletons.
Since we're banging on things we hate, i hate when people way way way way way over exaggerate things beyond reasonable proportion. Over inflate. Make things seem dire and or game breaking.
The dungeons are pretty big in size. Finally something big enough to delve into. FINALLY.
This really is one of those instances where something isn't going right with your build, you didn't prepare or something. I can CLAIM this. ;/
P.S. i am currently on the last one and its finally a challenge. But not really. It's still the same things just higher levels. So i gotta take it a tiny bit slower, bring more weapons cause durability and arrows.
The bosses, being fought as a melee character simply require learning their telegraphs. I died less than my fireball machine gun mage friend during bosses. If anything, they could increase the frequency of the swarm-style events, those really got the blood pumping!
As a note on the whole level 10 but feels higher. I did notice the enemies do seem to be more hardy, but less deadly. Even using a maxed out blunt weapon, few enemies died in 1 hit... and I loved it!
Keen has made several comments about their passion in building Enshrouded to focus on the friends/group format. This is clearly and addition in that spirit.
Second many have complained that combat in Enshrouded is too easy. I suspect these side dungeons were an attempt to tick that box as well.
For the solo players (count me in that group), one option is to do each biome dungeon on a delayed cycle. For example do the Springfield's dungeon (first one) once you are solid combat wise in the Revelwood biome. Then do the Revelwood dungeon, once you are geared and competent in the Savannah biome, etc.
But in the end, i did succeed ! I was victorious !
Uh ? What is this hole in the wall going around the barrier you said ? I have no idea what you are talking about !

Does the game adjust enemy amount/dmg/HP when playing in a group? because most areas seem designed for a single person challenge wise.
I get that I will need to work on how to defeat it, but wiping out and learning can take time, and after spending more than 2 hours to get to this boss, I'm pretty much tired out and just give up. I'm an average player, and I get that some players will fly through this content, but for those of us who don't have time for 3-4 hour play sessions, please add some kind of half way point where you can loot a key which unlocks a door with a portal to a mid-point part of the dungeon. Give it limited uses or even a one time use.
I have over 300 hours in the game, but I'm now worried a little about the direction the game is going.
Not everyone took the way of a Tank or a magican. Stop gaslighting guys and except, that your experience is not everyones!
Try upgrading your gears, have some food. Dungeons are nothing but free xp.

That's the exact same Nomad dungeon area I was thinking about. Took forever to find the barrier keys, and even when I noticed them, it took multiple jumping attempts to get them. And the first time you do it, you don't know the map, and it takes time to understand how everything is setup and systematically clear each area. Was frustrating as I'd rather just blow up enemies than jump around and look for keys. But once I passed that level, I was pretty happy.
