Bronze ingot - skip the tier?
Is it possible to skip this tier?
I feel like it is taking forever to gather the resources.

I feel like the only real crafting essentials are the food. Seems like gear and weapons are plentiful.

you can skip ANY tier if you want. voxel world without building stability means you can make plattforms freefloating in the sky.

the only limiter is you wont be able to enter certain red shroud areas until you upgrade your flame with the right materials. but thats about it.

lol forever to gather?
This game has the least punishing gathering requirements of any similar game. Like it's hugely refreshing that you only need to do a couple runs of each resource per character.

Clearly we are not playing the same game

It's really not that bad. The secret, at least what I do, is the first thing I do on any new tier is to make a pickaxe. First item period. Why? Makes gathering that new tier resource waaay faster.

Back when the game came out tin sucked HARD but they rebalanced and it's been fine imho since but ymmv as that is subjective.

For sure, but discouraged really fast from building, once I finally got to iron picaxe and realized it was not that much better at all, at even with the skill point. Idk- maybe it’s just me, but farming for hours to only able to spend a few foundations is not satisfying.

Heh I'd never build with the metal blocks for exactly what you said.

I just use metal for armor/weapons/progression and of course the comfort level items.

Yeah, metal blocks for building would only ever be accents, not foundations, lol. You'd level up 3 characters trying to get enough metal for one foundation.
