Finally fixed stuterring
I think i finally managed to fix my issues with camera stuttering. My specs: RTX 4070ti, i7-13700kf, DDR5 32 gb 6000 mhz. Some might say, yes you're a "genius", you just lowered your settings, and honestly you might be right, but it was really bothering me for the past week and no matter what i did, despite fps counter showing 120-135 fps, the game felt like 45 fps at most with weird spikes in some places, it was like an annoying mosquito buzzing behind my ear that wouldnt go away, so i would like to share this info that might be helpful to somebody(mostly for nvidia users):

1) first go to your NVidia control panel, add enshrouded from your library and lock your max frame rate to 144 fps

2) Very important - turn off Vsync, save changes

3) disable steam overlay

4) in game - turn off vsync

Display mode - fullscreen

Resolution Scale - 100%

Fov - your own preference

Limit framerate in background - on

Anti-Aliasing - DLSS

Texture resolution - Max

Shadow quality - balanced

Contact shadows - off

Indirect Lightning - balanced

Reflections - quality

Fog quality - quality

Volumetric Shadow quality - balanced

SSAO - off

Distant objects - balanced

Voxel Detail models - balanced

Small foliage - quality

Tesselation - balanced

Point Light shadows - performance

This completely fixed the issues with stuttering and the camera movement became very smooth. I'm aware this might not be helpful to everybody, but you may use it as a point of reference to find your own optimal settings

You could probably also just play with the highest settings by simply capping the FPS at 60 or 80 or whatever is below your average FPS btw.
Setting the FPS counter to a value above your FPS in game seems rather pointless.

This helps in many games, it also helps when the mouse is not feeling on point in games.

As I already said I tried all the recommended settings before that, I know there's currently a bug that limits the camera to 60 hz so i tried to cap the game to 60 fps and after that I started getting huge lag spikes after teleporting to new places, the game would freeze for half a second so I had to revert the changes
