Deadly Shroud...

My Flame Alter (at 1st home base) is strengthened to lvl 3 and yet I still run into deadly shroud. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to keep upgrading my alter?

If im correct the higher your flame alter level is the more then "deadly shroud" recedes and just becomes normal shroud.

altar goes to level 6. deadly shoud has area based level requirement.

you can just build a voxel skybridge over the deadly shroud if you wanna tough. nothing prevents that.

Just lvl'd my alter to 4 and half the map still has the deadly shroud :(

Your ability to upgrade your alter guides your progression. If you don't have the ability to upgrade, chances are you're not ready for the areas that would become available at the next level.

there is also two type of alter upgrades. one is for more land space
another is to power up and enter a new shroud zone.

are you upgradeing the range of the altar or the flame level?
