And what armor is that exactly? Because neither the Archmage set nor the Elder set have that much mana regen to be of any use. Adding spirit doesn't do anything to mana regen. It just adds a larger mana pool. Which is useless if it takes forever to regen said mana. Why were yall crying over a mana regen ring to begin with? Did it hurt your feelings?
Calling well deserved criticism "outrage" is once again very interesting. 🤡
I think it is not a nerf, but a fix, which is normal in a EA game many months befor release? +40 mana reggen was too much, a typo? Cause with two of these rings, mana was irrelevant.
All complains about nerf this and that seems to come from mmorpg people, who play a released game and now their class was nerfed with the next DLC/addon. But Enshrouded is EA, the devs must fix and play a lot with numbers until 1.0.
Meanwhile, giving up stamina regeneration for mana regeneration is laughable since almost everything else requires stamina regeneration. Unless everyone wants to waste all their time trying to regenerate stamina, while their mana regenerates fine. It's not worth it.
Cutting off my legs to use magic is stupid. Especially, since dodging to set yourself up to even channel a spell costs stamina. Or double dumping or using a glider to get out of range also costs stamina, because you need stamina for everything.
The only boots that look even remotely useful to spellcasters are the "Gloom Monarch Boots" because they add both stamina and mana regeneration. Having no stamina regeneration cripples a spellcaster, because you cant kite without stamina.
Giving up stamina regeneration for mana regeneration is a death sentence.
There are other ways to make the Mage more balanced or ... like i said in another thread, just do something that meele does not suck so bad.
Meele and Archer have nothing like Mana. Meele don't even have an inventory full of arrows and spells. And more than two weapons are not needed, as there are anvils everywhere. And as the above me guy said, nerving the Stam? Whats the point of this?
When you don't cheese the game like crazy, mage isn't that OP. Like, i'm freaking one hit when i really want to max out my dmg, so i have this high af dmg people talking about.
Try this in the new dungeon, with these fast af enemys hordes, whitout cheesing your way trough it and say me Mage is OP ...
Ring of health has +2 hp regen it was +4 before the +50HP is the same.
Sootslayer 2-h hammer has 66 DMG down from 86 and the blunt damage bonuses are +13 from +17.
There is probably more but i can't remeber the old stats unless i had screenshots.
Funny thing is that even with the best gear in the game you can still get nearly one-shoted by the poison flask throwing boss.
Unless I am remembering something that never existed, it seems they removed the quick move hotkey when trying to store or take out items. I use a controller on PC and pre patch always did this so when muscle memory kicked in and nothing happened it was pretty annoying...
So you say this game is hard and challenging for you with meele or archer?
I'm not the person you quotet, but i'm someone who yes, sometime want's to get stuff on a plate. Because i'm not a masochist and knew this game wasn't hard. This is one of the reasons why i bought it.
All I know is that its annoying AF seeing a green glow pop in and out (very jarringly I might add) while walking through my cave base.
Yeah, I noticed this too. Super annoying. Not sure what happened if they accidentally took that button press out or something. I also didn't like that they changed the buttons used to sort. Like...why the heck do I have to hold down RT and push in left analog now to sort the chest I'm looking through?? I guess I could at least get used to that, but I hope they bring back the ability to quick store or take items with controller in a hotfix or something.
Ya the sort rework is a bit annoying when it was a simple right analog before, makes no sense why that seemed like a good idea unless there were quite a bit of complaints from accidentally sorting storage. Most important though, BRING BACK QUICK DEPOSIT/WITHDRAW HOTKEY
