The Pillars of Creation issue

i have a question marked at the Pillars, killed the boss. the farmer is still talking about her friend. no page or item to read in the area.

Those are 2 separate quests. Boss is for Northern caravan quest line (dropping an quest axe).
And Pillars of Creation quest is in the fire shrine top side on the mountain (south from boss). However it is pretty tricky to make your way there.
Particular you are looking for a chest on the shrine roof.

i got the chest on the roof, found the pullup point. i killed king kong and got the axe (2 times) but no clue why the "?" is still showing. no update, do i need to do something with the axe?

Ahh, you must mean this... i believe its bugged as i have no Quests furthermore.

LOL yeah i know its the only thing left on my map quest wise and i get it. hahahaha i'm sure there will be a fix for this.
