I think you missunderstood my post. I meant hints as in gameplay-tips on a loading screen etc. its about making players aware that this game does this because many games dont and since there are lots of markers chances are people think that thats all.
I wonder how many % of the players for example got the chest at the first bridge which is only mentioned once in a dialogue.
But maybe its just me but i usually dont expect that in games so it would be nice if this would be pointed out somehow - thats what i meant - since otherwise i and many wouldnt even look for things like that.
