How do i get Crucible needed for a smelter quest?

Hi :). I am level 10 now i found a copper bar and have mined copper ore it and also mined clay. Not sure what i need to to get the smelter

The blacksmith will give you a quest to recover his crucible, after that you will be able to craft a smelter. Make sure to rescue all NPCs, so the quests for crafting items can trigger.

I had saved them all but it was the hunter i needed to get the linen thing for her then i got the quest :)

The quest won't become available until you unlock/clear the first tower in the Revelwood.

I have found a copper bar, cleared the tower in Revelwood and done the linen thing for the hunter and still don't have the crucible quest :(

Have you done the other quests too?

In my current playthrough, blacksmith never did tell me about the crucible, I just went and got it because I knew. He would mention wanting a smelter, but I never got the quest for the crucible.

Have you done the other quests too?

Which other quests is that? The ones that I have left are for more advanced crafting wth the objectives being much further away on the map. It seems like I should have got the crucible by now. To do I still have:
Ectoplasm press for the collector
Fireplace for the farmer
and reach the capital.
