Player created Wells

Is there any chance these could become a thing earlier in the game - I started farming and am looking to get health potions produced - we had a well at the blue tavern site as mentioned in some posts but the other player accidentally dismantled it - we now struggle for water and most recipes need water. Can we either have wells earlier in game or make established wells cool down time shorter or re spawn game wells when the server is restarted??

There is another well in the starting "ruins" near where you're told to make your first campsite, that might help a bit. But yeah, kinda feels like the "basic" well could be moved earlier in the crafting/materials progress maybe.

edit: And I've found wells in other poi's (towns, possibly farms) as well, but the starting and blue goblet are the only ones I can remember right off the bat.

Wells do respawn like anything else does. Unless they are in the build area of a flame shrine, there NOTHING respawns.
With the latests patch you don't even need to restart the server, just stay away from that region for at least 30 minutes and everything will be respawned.

Some things respawn inside your camp, i notice the beehives give honey and wax from time to time, drops on the ground.
I got the water problem too, no well near the camp and after the "surprise you can farm now" i ran dry pretty fast, i second the idea of being able to build a well.

From Springlands jump to the west to Farmlands, there is a well. Teleport back to Springlands, jump to the south in the starter area, there is a well in Lonkeep (if you don't even have a flame shrine there from your starterbase). Now you can continue and glide to Rookmore, there's another well.
Wells replenish their water like every 10min.
With this roundtrip you can collect 15 water in less then 3 minutes easily and repeat that every 10 minutes.

You are able to build own wells, even an improved one later in the game.
