Ring of Fire is trash now
I hadn't noticed this until just now, but my Ring of Fire now does +40 Should Time instead of the +40 Fire Damage or whatever it used to do.

I keep on finding these little nerf surprises. I'm about 1 away from uninstalling.

Needless crying, but I feel better now. Thanks for reading.

Commander's Ring got nerfed too. Now it's garbage for being a boss drop.

it didnt get nerfed. they FIXED it. it was always supposed to give only 30 health and mana since its a free handout that always drops 100%.

they also fixed a bunch of other items like shroud weaver.

safe to assume next patch will hopefully fix the remaining bugged items.

OP, did you ever consider the original intent was the item to give extended shroud time, and the name threw someone off and they applied fire damage to it?

That is VERY common in early game development. "Oops.. didn't mean to do that. Better fix that now."

Geeze man... give them a break. The game is waaaay to early to be crying about changes like that. I mean, if NERFS are going to cause you to uninstall the game. Just do it then.

Still is a garbage ring, 30 health and mana is trivial by the time you could get it.

No, I hadn't considered that. I didn't consider it because it's beyond idiotic and this is one of several instances like this. Numbers in your attributes also either don't display or aren't being added properly either. That VERY common in early game development as well?

No, Early Access Games get Patches, Bug Fixes and things change because the Game is in active Developement ? Are you really serious ? I mean, its blowing my Mind. Probably OP should learn what Early Access means before buying such Games ... Bugs, Crashes, not implemented gameplayelements, Balancing and more Content can and will mostly change in Early Access. Hell imagine ranting about an early Access Game when its 2 weeks out and isnt perfect ...

correct. it is. because its a free handout you get 100% from an easy boss. why should that be OP? and for the record : it was bad before aswell.

most ring effects are extremely weak in this game in case you havent noticed. the only ring with a good effect later on is currently bugged.

excludeing outright broken items like ring of rapacity. but thall get fixed.

Why does it have to be OP when it could be decent, and not straight up trash?

Imagine thinking a ring giving nearly +100% 1h weapon dmg is intended while ~95% of the others do minor stuff.
