Have you been raiding elixir wells? Those often have a lot more enemies. Scavenger camps are fun too. Right now, those are two biggest concentrations of enemies.
why bandits are never found outside thier camps is beyond me tbh.
not that more enemies would add anything to the game currently. the "survival" tag is currently simply a wrong label for this game no matter what some people wanna pretend. there is no survival here really currently.
the world aint hostile. your base is always safe. you dont have to take care of food water or sleep.
it feels like a themepark world overall currently. it has some flair but the more you play it the more you notice the things it lacks.
i hope alot of this is just the result of early access and this doesnt end up like smalland just with a bigger map.
I do. But IMHO if this 1/3 is supposed to give us a taste of larger world that is ahead, then it will be just more of the same, only a larger world of missed opportunities.
Don't get me wrong. I love the game and of all aspects of any "survival" and/or "building" game what I enjoy the most is building. Enshrouded has that going for itself in more ways than one and I'm loving renovating the Blue Goblet Inn at the moment, but I think I agree with Nerevar's assessment at this time: "it feels like a themepark world overall currently. it has some flair but the more you play it the more you notice the things it lacks."
Its like the calm before the storm you know, that clock ticking and you know they are coming, its nice, above the shroud enemies are easily seen and have their forts and locations, not in there.
They should put more roaming bands of enemies though, or some larger foes running around.
Lot of skeletons. Not as many as F4 (Seriously), but a lot.
We need better crafted gear , the crafted weapons are junk
The mats they drop are poorly connected with the current crafting system and chest are simply better for gear and loot.
Would love to see a road map to see what they plan to add if anything.
