Can you "uncraft" building blocks ?
As the tittle suggests I wanted to know if you can "uncraft" building blocks into their raw material even with the penalty of losing some percentage of it ?

I crafted the whole 4 floor house with the first rough wood material then found the new refined wood and trying to reshape my house with it, but now I got tons of rough wood blocks and do you know if I can get them back to wood logs somehow ?

Couldn't find the answer anywhere.

Thanks in advance for the answers.

no there is no materials back when destroying anything, with weapons you get coins but everything else is just delete or like with buildingblocks you get the block back in inventory when rightclick....Its def something I would like them to fix a bit, at least get like half the mats back when deconstructing something.

They really need to make it so you get something back. I've got tens of thousands of rough stone now that I upgraded my base to something else. Having some raw stone back would be nice.

or give us a way to upgrade the blocks

Ooooo, I like the upgrade the blocks idea. I can understand not being able to deconstruct them, but being able to upgrade them would be awesome. Either one would work. funny thing, though, the whole reason I haven't really built anything despite enjoying building is that I didn't want to build until I got the blocks I wanted, and then the current content was over. And now, given how much of the landscape changed, I'm kinda glad I didn't lose a fancy build.
