How to "fix Not enough system memory available"
Posted on official discord, hope this can help you guys:

"Not enough system memory available" error message on game start
This error message triggers when your machine has under 16GB of RAM. It is there to warn you that your experience will probably be pretty bad.
You can bypass by adding "--disable-ram-check" to the game's launch options via Steam to ignore the warning. Keep in mind that if your computer is below specs, it might not be able to run the game in the long run, once we've added all the features we have in mind for Enshrouded!

For the record; I crashed 2 times this mornining and the second time I had the above parm added. I have had no crashes before today. All crashes said it was a memory issue.

I DIDNT need the parm; my system has 32GB RAM but I tried and failed with it anyway. My graphics card, etc all meet recommended specs.

And I only have 100 flax, and a fairly small base, for the folks that want to blame "too many items". (roll-eyes)

I reverified my enshrouded files (they were good), made sure steam was updated, double-checked my drivers.. and restarted my system.

I came up and was able to make it into enshrouded, and did not lose any progress.

An eventful morning but it all turned out well; put my experience here in case you need it.
May you have the same luck as I did.

How do you get to this bypass option in Steam?

Right click on the game in your games list on Steam > Properties > Paste the mentioned code in the "launch options" area

Naah; its like I said above I met all of enshroudeds recommended specs.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900 CPU @ 3.10GHz (rec is Intel i7-8700)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER (card matches rec, but I have rec or better for all sub-stats)
32GB, rec is 16
and all the rest....

... I am just glad it all worked out; I didnt expect it to, given what I did as a last resort wasnt much.

Same here... I use a controller via Bluetooth so i have to get up and use the touchscreen on the deck to press yes on the warning.
Anyone know why this workaround isn't working? The game works but its annoying to press the yes each time i start the game.

I would disagree, your processor is a nice one but running at 3.1Ghz is a major drawback as the game requires at least one processor run at 3.7Ghz at recommended settings.

You're getting a message that tells you that you do not have enough memory to run the game at 64GBs?

I would highly recommend checking "Windows Event Viewer" and running some ram tests.

Some people were crashing due to the bee hives in the base, some with steam cloud, its a mess right now, hope they fix this soon. Im having zero issues so far, but people who had were far in the game, maybe this happens near the end of the EA? level 25 and so on.

Only with this 3 games, i run games like Cyberpunk with max graphics settings and no error

For Enshrouded and Banisher, i bypass the error adding "-windowed -noborder" to steam launch options.
I play with to monitor : 2k 21x9 and 4k 16/9, i'll try unpluged just in case.

Edit : i try to unplug my 2nd monitor and it's work ...
