ask for some balance changes so you can craft more arrows, thats ok. but magic arrows is kinda lorebreaking. It can be added, but then its not just bow hunting, its magical bow
First is the spell charge, which you can get the "unlimited" version of.
Second is the Mana, which you can't get "unlimited" of.
so in that regard, both magic and ranged are the same, they both have a limit. For Magic it's mana which only allows you to do some bursts, while for ranged it's the arrows which is "materials" to gether, but allows you to fight for much longer continuously in comparison to magic.
So from that standpoint it makes sense to have limited arrows but unlimited spells.
edit - I have 1 ring that gives me +20% mana regeneration so I never run out of mana casting eternal spells. it refills my mana faster than the cast time of the eternals
(As cheap as this answer may be, but magic is... magic.)
Eternal Iron arrows of returning..there problem solved just like how spells have eternal version using the same logic...MAGIC!
