How do you save game progress

Not every second I've crashed a few times and lost 5-30 minutes of progress. There seems to be a cycle were it saves every so often. Not sure the trigger but there is some time that can be lost if you crash out.

But otherwise yeah exit always auto saves

Oh weird, i've never had a rollback even when i crashed once before still had exactly the same stuff i did on me and from what i did right before

I have played it at a friend and he closed the game via "Back to main menu" and he had to walk the whole way from the start of the game to the place where he left the game. This is totally waste of time!!!

Since when does walking in the very beginning of a game without collecting the waypoints or placing an altar (a form of a waypoint) make gaming a waste of time? if i'm not correct almost all video games with characters have the ability to walk.

Talking about saves, I would be curious as to how to get my local save to the cloud on Steam. When we first started I didn't have Steam Cloud enabled.. a friend told me I should so I can hop computers and play, but when I enable it my save file isn't being picked up.

I have tried to log in with cloud turned off and my local save file loads, with all my progression.. I thought if I turned my cloud on while I was in the game it was just update the cloud, but it didn't.

Does anyone know how to push my local save to the cloud?
