Purpose of Hardwood?

To me it seems it's used to very few blocks, but you can't burn it for charcoal, you can't turn it into planks, you can't even burn it for anything that you burn wood for. What's actually the purpose of it?

There's a giant forest with so much of it but it feels worthless to get because you can barely do anything with it. I'm I missing something? Is there some recipes or other stuff that needs it or is it just a waste of time right now to chop?

Yeah not sure what to do with that maybe its used for building materials not sure, there's also palm trees in the desert lol

I somehow forgot about the furniture you can make with it. I wish you could burn it or use it for other things wood is used for, but I guess for now furniture and some carpenter stuff is all.

The comfort level they bring is worth it though increases the time on your buff and how fast you can get the buff again

all wood should be usable for coal...and from wood you should be able to make sticks for the arrows....not only from harvesting small bushes.

I suspect when we get more content there will be more uses for most of the craft-able resources like these.

We should be able to burn it for charcoal. I opt for that!
