How do I take out only one from a stack?

Have stacks of resources in my boxes, but when I only want to take out 1 resource from a specific stack, how do I do that?

Actually I would also like to know this as I've not figure out how to do that other then splitting the stack a bunch of times.

but tbf, you rly need it only till you can craft the "magical" chests which allows crafting in your base without having the resources needed in your inventory

Currently up to Large Magic Chests and I would still like to sometimes take 1 out of a stack
