Report a translation problem
I know this is something you cant do unless you farmed up before hand. But keep a few stacks of bombs back at base "Just in case" you can use them to quickly make steps up or down any cliff
Ive used this more then a few times
This happened to me. I built an altar at the bottom of the cliff, then built staircases up. But it was beyond the boundary of the altar, so I started pickaxing a path along the cliff. Quite a while later I got to the drop and retrieved everything. It was surreal, I just didn't want to leave the death marker on the map.
No actual corpses, just markers that hold all your missing stuff. When you die, the marker will be placed in the last safe location you passed (read: that's not in the shroud). The really cool thing about Enshrouded is that, no matter where your marker is, you'll probably be able to dig down/up to it. I just dug a path into the side of a mountain to get to mine.
