Texture bug, anyone got a fix

everynow and then my textures go from ultra to somewhat low, I gotta go into options click textures to med back to high to fix.

Same just of late they seem to load in low and take forever to upgrade if at all.

yeah only temp fix I found was to go in options change textures down and then back to full. makes everything look like playdough
