Quests stopped appearing on my map, how do I get them back?

I was first thinking it might just be an early access thing and not all quests are properly added to the tracker yet.

However, while looking up where to find the loom and the honey thief, both the guides show screenshots of the map with the locations marked.

So I have been going to the locations using those screenshots and doing the quests just fine, but i don't have a "show on map" button anymore and nothing new i pick up tracks.
