personally I despise PvP and avoid games with always on PvP.

Please no new "Rust"
This game will 100% die without mod support. If you don't think it eventually will you're a clown.
I for one am happy that "Enshrouded" is currently a PVE / CO-OP game and I want it to stay that way.
As has been written in other threads, PVP only brings out the worst in gamers for the most part in my opinion. The vast majority of PVP players are not looking for a "classic" competition, but are only interested in taking down the other player in order to feed their ego. That's my opinion on the subject.
Therefore, no, no PVP in this game please.
A while back the devs for that actually make the request of players to wade into the cesspool of pvp servers because their metrics showed that the vast majority were only engaging with the grindy but enjoyable PVE content.
PVP in gaming went rapidly downhill when it shifted from sofa based deathmatches and into the anonymity of the internet and services like xbox live. On a sofa doing something dickish would result in a dead arm, online console generation had zero backlash for far too long and rarely effective because taking action might hurt sales. So now we have treepunchers arrive like conan where "pvp" can very often just boil down to destroying or stealing peoples stuff.
And thats before things require "balancing for pvp" which usually means nerfbatting the fun out of a game for the majority of players.
