Some recipes are locked behind another recipe. Often from another Craftsman. One tip is to make one of each {WIDGET} AND put said {WIDGET} in your inventory.

Ive figured it out.. the items required to make thw enshrouded oil u need to make them first and that unlocks the recipe, for me it was just coal power i needed to make, soon as i made it the enshrouded oil recipe unlocked. Hope this helps my man

The items u need to make the enshrouded oil are
5x shroud core
5x coal powder
5x shroud liquid
1x sulfur
U need make atleast 1 of each of these to unlock the enshrouded oil recipe.. then u get the amount above to make the oil in the lab
